With more than 40 years in the London property market, I lead Rennick Group, a boutique brokerage specialising in residential development land and investment property, and Prime Property Search, providing relocation and home search for individuals, families and senior executives moving to London.
Having worked as both principal and agent, I bring a practical, on-the-ground understanding of acquisition, development, investment and disposal. I work with a select number of clients at any time, offering a personal, hands-on service rather than a high-volume one.
Over the past 15 years I have helped relocate employees on behalf of major international organisations, including Meta, Amazon, BP, Barclays and Deutsche Bank, while advising developers, investors and private clients on off-market land and investment opportunities across London and the Home Counties.
Long-standing relationships with agents, developers and other property professionals give my clients access and market coverage that isn't available through the open market alone.
