Includes two days of accompanied viewings. Additional viewing days charged separately.

Initial deposit: £500.00

3 weeks’ rent+£500/day beyond 2 days

Property Purchase Search

Full acquisition search, from brief through to completion.

Initial search fee (deposit): £1,500.00

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our fees.
